California and Nevada Trustee Expands National Coverage of LOGS Legal Network
NORTHBROOK, IL, May 15, 2006 — LOGS Network announced today that it has extended full network membership to Aztec Foreclosure Corporation, a trustee company doing business in the states of California and Nevada. Aztec is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. LOGS also announced that Aztec has entered into a practice management agreement under which LOGS will provide certain services including human resources, data and security support, risk management and marketing.
Gerald Alt, President and Chief Operating Officer of LOGS, stated “California and Nevada are important markets in the mortgage servicing industry, and we are proud to align our company with an organization devoted to processing foreclosure sales aggressively and professionally to meet investor and agency timeframes. Aztec is a licensed user of our proprietary MasterView© case management software suite, which provides it with the tools necessary to compete in these very tough jurisdictions. It now expands our national network coverage to 33 states.”
Christopher Perry, Vice President of Aztec, agrees. “The trustee business in both California and Nevada is extremely competitive, and demands constant attention to exceed the expectations of our servicing clients. We are excited about entering this market and are proud to be accepted into the LOGS Network and to be associated with the other experienced professionals that make up this exemplary group.”
